the neglect is all cavalry the horse
that loses the rider doesn’t attempt
to fly over the ocean the horse with
the weight of our intentions never
eats freely again becomes more
metaphor than horse this is the part
where the only clear idea to consider
is that freeing all of the horses might
redeem humanity but really it would
only lead to fewer horse’s carcasses
being filled by crabs if this finds you
mid-air on a horse dammit turn around
